Manicure of the Moment

Good Wednesday afternoon. :D

I just took a gander at my followers box. And to my delight I now have 151 followers! I am amazed and grateful and a little overwhelmed that so many people pop in and read my nattering. I know that I don't show swatches of all of the latest and greatest and I am sorry for that. But I do try to make this blog the best I possibly can with what I have available to me, at this time. I am grateful and appreciate each and every one of you. <3 *muah* <3

I have been trying to follow some new blogs in which I am interested but I am having difficulty because Blogger won't bring up the right profile for this blog. I keep getting the profile for my other one and it drives me utterly nuts. lol One of these days I will figure out how to make the right profile come up at the right time. There has to be a way and by George, I will find it! I hope...  So, if I said I would follow you and I haven't yet, that is the reason.

Okay, so today's nail look is a classic. A colour that many of us own and has been seen a lot. Well, buckle up, because you are going to see it, again. lol China Glaze For Audrey. Creamy, dreamy, ever so slightly greyed down medium blue creme. This polish is a love to apply. Two easy coats to a smooth, opaque finish.  The first coat is a tad uneven, the second makes it opaque and smooth as a baby's cheek. Top coat only further enhances that perfection. Or, it should... Sadly, my Seche is old, gloopy in spite of thinning and it is getting cloudy, to boot. So, I apologise in advance for the flaws in my pics. *cringe*

Indoors, without flash.

Outdoors in direct afternoon sun, no flash.

Another sun shot. Sorry about the streaks and bubbles in my top coat... *cringe, again*

I seriously love this polish. The formula is lovely. It is a breeze to apply, not too thin, not too thick. Easy to work with even for this sloppy painter. And, it cleans up easily, also a boon to this sloppy painter. This colour is a little bit of heaven in a bottle. Unusual enough to be an eye catcher but soft, gentle and very lady-like. It is a great base for nail art and layering, too. In fact, I may try slicking on a coat of Hidden Treasure, tomorrow. I would like to see how the two work together.

Do you own this lovely polish? Do you love it? Are you sick of seeing it and want to throw something at me through our computers for making you look at it, again? lol

Thank you so much for popping in. I hope that you are having a terrific day. Take care and may your polish never bubble. :D
