Another Wednesday has rolled around and we all know what that means...
Today's polish is Orly Flirty. A bright, blue based pink creme packed with silver shimmer. This colour is so bright, girlie, happy and fun. I applied two coats and topped it with Seche Vite.
I had a hell of a time photographing this polish. I took one indoors and one in the sun. Stupid camera washed it out. What else did I expect? Gah! The colour of this polish is more saturated than it appears in these photographs.
What. Ever. :P
Orly Flirty has an interesting formula. It isn't the traditional, smooth, creamy polish. It is... You know when you make a franken with powdered pigment? That kind of texture. It is thick but not gloopy and it behaves beautifully, sets it's self right down where it is placed. I had little cleanup with this polish. This polish, due to the texture doesn't self level very well, so you need to be smooth with application. Dry time is quick, it is dry to gentle touch in moments. This polish dries satin-matte so it needs a good, shiny top coat.
All in all, I like this one. It has a few very minor sticking points but nothing that would make me want to lob it. :D
Do you own this pretty, girlie pink polish? Have you worn it? Please do tell.
Thank you all so much for popping in to spend a little time with me. Have yourselves a great day and may your polish never bubble.
