Good Tuesday morning (or afternoon or... Well, you know... ;) gentle readers.
Today's entry from the China Glaze Let it Snow Collection for Holiday/Winter 2011 is: *insert drum roll, here*
Glittering Garland. This a a beaut, kiddies. Glittering Garland is one of the shimmer/glitter polishes from this collection. The colour? A slightly blackened forest green jelly base packed with gold glass fleck shimmer that, at the right angles and in the right light can release a brilliant blue spark. This is some pretty stuff, my friends. Seriously. Pretty. If you love green and you love shimmer, you are going to need this one.
For this swatch, I applied two coats and top coat. (I have been using the Color Club top coat from my Back to Boho collection. It is working pretty nice for swatching.) Photos were shot in my lightbox under my OttLight. I am hoping for consistent sunshine, today. I have polishes to swatch and review that require sunshine. And of course, since I have them waiting, Mother Nature is seeing fit to bless me with usually more than welcome clouds. Isn't that just how it goes?!? lol
This is the segment of my post in which I describe the formula, give the pros and cons and so forth. Look, I have, I think, fairly decent powers of description. But dangit! The polishes in this collection are taxing them, sorely. Because you see, this lovely polish is just a bottle of the same. Fabulous. Silky, smooth, easy to control. Self levels like a dream. Little cleanup. Good dry time.
If this polish is ringing your bells, it is in wide release and readily available in single bottles and special holiday multi packs wherever China Glaze polishes are sold.
Thank you all so much for popping in. Have a great day and may your polish never bubble.
