China Glaze Champagne Kisses: Swatch and Review

Hello gentle readers.

I am trying to verify my blog with Pinterest. I followed the directions on TopTrix and woh-woh-woh. Didn't happen. I think I goofed... I'll give it another shot another time when I am feeling a little fresher of brain and a lot less frustrated. Computer stuffs... I am not so good at them.

So, today I have my swatch of China Glaze Champagne Kisses from the Holiday Joy Collection. This is so pretty. This stuff looks like champagne, it is subtly golden with a little sparkle and red bits, too. Elegant. Effervescent. Champagne Kisses is a good name for this polish.

This swatch is three coats plus Gelous and Seche Vite.

Good golly, this is pretty.

The formula on this glitter is pretty nice, it is smooth, fairly fluid, easy to apply and control. My only minor gripe is for me, I get a bit of build up on the edges of my nails with three coats, due in large part to my application technique, I suspect. I think that I would prefer to wear this over a base polish and apply fewer coats of this glitter for an even smoother finish. This polish didn't run, pool, drag, bubble or streak as I applied it. Dry time was fast. This dries with a bit of texture but it is pretty smooth for a glitter, not nearly as gritty as Winter Holly was. One coat each of Gelous and Seche Vite topped this off to glassy perfection for me.

I like this polish. I like it a lot. What do you think of it? Did you pick it up? Love it as much as I do? I'd love to hear what you think of it. If you don't yet have this beauty and are craving on it, it is available where China Glaze is sold.

Thank you for popping in and reading. Have a great day and may your polish never bubble.
