Hello gentle readers.
China Glaze Budding Romance from the Spring Avant Garden Collection is a warm, slightly murky green jelly. It has a lovely translucency and the colour evokes tender new growth, before the flowers burst open.
This swatch is two coats and Seche Vite.
The formula on this polish is interesting. The first goat is oddly goopy and streaky, at the same time but the second coat goes on nicely and leaves the finish lovely and smooth and opaque. This polish isn't all that difficult to handle, once you get to know it. I didn't have any trouble with running, flooding my cuticles or pooling on my nail edges. This dries nice and shiny and in pretty good time.
Overall, I kinda like this polish. The colour is not your typical pastel pretty, girly Spring green. This one is a bit edgier and darker. If you are in to murky greens, you might really like this one.
What do you think of China Glaze Budding Romance? Have you picked it up, yet? Please share what you think of it.
Thank you for popping in and reading. Have a great day and may your polish never bubble.
