OPI Minnie Style: Review and Photographs

Hello gentle readers.

OPI Minnie Style is the glitter polish offering from this Summer's OPI Couture de Minnie Collection. This fun red and white medium hex glitter mix makes a wonderful topper and it is great for nail art, as well. I applied the glitter over OPI Chic From Ears to Tail to my ring and thumb nails and made little mousie accents on my other nails. This stuff is cute and fun. I have one more polish from this collection and I think that I need to buy myself the other two as I am so enjoying this little collection.

The clear base of this glitter topper is a bit thick and this glitter needs to be patted and coaxed into place as it is applied. It isn't difficult to work with but you need a little patience to get it just where you want it. It dries quickly and feels surprisingly smooth. I used my usual Gelous/Seche Vite glitter topper routine but honestly, I think I could have gotten by with just the Seche Vite. As with most glitters, good old foil method is a great way to get this off when it is time to bid it good bye.

What do you think of OPI Minnie Style? Did you treat yourself to this pretty glitter? Think that you might like to? You should be able to find it where you buy OPI polish near you.

Thank you so much for swinging by and reading. Have a great day and may your polish never bubble.

  6. Aw, thank you! I wish that I could take credit for the idea but alas! I can not. Someone else originated it but I glommed on to it with all enthusiasm. :)
