OPI Muir Muir on the Wall: Swatch and Review

As we enjoy the last week of Summer, let us enjoy another beautiful polish from the OPI San Francisco Collection for Fall 2013. This is Muir Muir on the Wall, a gorgeous, translucent black jelly brimming with a bronze to burgundy colour shifting shimmer. This is one of those polishes that is darker around the edges then flares brighter in the middle, like coals banked down deep after a fire has died. This polish is amazing.

This swatch is two coats of OPI Muir Muir on the Wall and Seche Vite.

OPI Muir Muir on the Wall has a formula that is, in a word, fantastic. This polish flows off of that famous Pro Wide Brush, sits sweetly down where it is placed, whispers softly up the nails nearly flawlessly. There is no running, pooling on the sides of my nails, flooding my cuticles or bubbling. It is a little streaky on the first coat, normal for many jellies. By the time the second, easy coat is on, the finish is perfectly smooth and opaque. Dry time is okay. This needs top coat to be absolutely shiny and glassy smooth.

What do you think of OPI Muir Muir on the Wall? Isn't it glorious? Do you own it, yet? Think that you might like to? If you are in the mood, you can find it where OPI is sold, right now.
