Hello gentle readers.
I was swatching Essie For the Twill of It recently and after I took all of my pictures of it, I was inspired to do some stamping nail art over it. I was trying to decide what I wanted to do when the great stamping work of the fabulous and oh-so-talented Fingers, owner of Fingers Polish Mania popped into my brain. Fingers often does geometric style stamp patterns then tops her flawless stamping with her signature funky French. I thought maybe I'd do a stamped design and funky French that evokes Fingers's wonderful manicures.
This is Essie For the Twill of It stamped with BM 320 and a freehand funky French done with Wet-N-Wild Black Creme and topped with Seche Vite. My stamping isn't as impeccable as Fingers's is and my funky isn't as even but I kind of like how it came out.
I like this super macro of the single nail because it shows close up just how gorgeous Essie For the Twill of It is. Rawr!
I hope that you enjoyed seeing this nail art. What kind of nail art have you been doing lately? Stamping? Water marbling? Dotting? Is there a blogger who inspires you in a particular type of nail art? Please share in the comments.
Thank you so much for swinging by and reading and have a great day!
