China Glaze Sand Dolla Make You Holla: Swatch and Review

Hello gentle readers.

China Glaze Sand Dolla Make You Holla is the first of the Sea Goddess Collection polishes I will be sharing with you. This palest of pink base toned sandy crelly is swimming with tiny square multi coloured glitter. This polish is similar to OPI Liquid Sand but it it thicker, less fluid and not as smooth. I found that it was prettier with top coat, so that is how I am showing it to you, in this swatch.

This swatch is two coats of China Glaze Sand Dolla Make You Holla and two coats of Nubar Diamonte top coat.

China Glaze Sand Dolla Make You Holla is a bit streaky and sheer on the first coat but evens out very nicely on the second. As you can see, in my photos, some VNL is visible in photogroahs but it isn't visible when you look at the polish, in person. It's odd, how polishes like this will look perfectly opaque in person yet photographs somewhat sheer. Dry time is very good on this polish. It is textured and a bit thirsty, you can wear it matte and sandy or, as I am showing it, here, topped with shiny top coat. I normally show these textured polishes as they come into the world, in all their sandy glory, I thought it would be fun to top this one, for a change.

What do you think of China Glaze Sand Dolla Make You Holla? Do you like it? Have you picked it or any of the other Sea Goddess  polishes up, yet?
