Review: Orly Ablaze

Hello gentle readers.

The toughest blog post to write is the one you write after a long absence and think that you have been gone too long. And the longer you are away, the harder it is to write. Don't ask me why I was so blocked and avoiding  posting for a while. I am still trying to figure it out.

Orly Ablaze, from the Baked Collection is a hot, juicy, gold glass fleck packed neon orange jelly. This is a real, traffic cone neon orange and the gold fleck sparkles in the sun and takes second stage when viewed in the shade.

This is two coats of Orly Ablaze and Seche Vite.

Orly Ablaze in the sun.

And in the shade. Check out that orange neon glow. Wow! I want sunglasses, just looking at this photograph!

Orly Ablaze is the most unusual polish; it is jelly but very neon. The formula is fluid and applies smoothly and easily, self levels like a dream and doesn't run, flood the cuticles, streak, drag or bubble. Dry time is good and unlike most neons, This polish dries shiny. Dry time is good, even better with a fast dry top coat.

Do you own Orly Ablaze? What do you think of it? Love it? If you don't own it and you are craving, you can get it here, from Amazon or here, on the Ulta website. If you buy it from Ulta, as of this post being published, Orly is on sale, two for ten dollars. I don't know how long the sale will last but if you have been wanting some new Orly, that is the place to grab some. Especially if you have a coupon to go with that great price!

Thank you so much for dropping in and reading. (If anyone is reading...) Have a great day, stay cool and may your polish never bubble.
