Hello gentle reader.
I was cruising around Target, one day and came across a Display of e.l.f. makeup brushes. I was going to pass on by when I remembered that I had heard and read so many glowing reviews of the Small Stipple Brush from their Studio line and that I wanted to try it, one day. So I put on the brakes, backed up and sifted through the display until I found one.
Three dollars. That is all the brush cost.
The e.l.f. Small Stipple Brush is amazingly well made for one so affordable. A black, matte finished contoured lightweight plastic handle tapers into a shiny black metal ferule. The bristles are white tipped black synthetic material. The brush, so far seems sturdy and well made. The overall length is middle of the road, not full length, not a shorty.
This brush has a small diameter, is nice and dense, firm but soft to the touch. It is a perfect tool to apply creme blush, creme or powder highlighter, even do a fast wash of shadow across the eyelids. It cleans up with a swish and dries quickly. I like this brush. I think I need to grab one or two more so that I have spares on hand so that I have a clean one to reach for when my other one is dirty.
For being sturdy, well made, good looking, soft and effective at applying whatever I want it to apply, and extremely affordable, the e.l.f. Small Stipple Brush is a Bargain Beauty Find!
Do you own this brush? Multiples? What do you think of it? Are there any other e.l.f. Studio brushes that are just so good and I must try? Enable me.

This brush is really great! I have it and love it for my cream products or for a very light application to the face.
ReplyDeleteI have this brush and I find it to be really cheap and flimsy. The bristles are so sparse the only thing it's really good for is applying a powder product like blush or contour. I rarely ever use mine.
ReplyDeleteI was amazed at how good it is, especially for the price. :D
ReplyDeleteYou have a very different experience and opinion, to be sure. Just shows that different people have their own experiences with products. :D Thank you so much for reading and for sharing your feelings about this brush. I love to hear honest opinions and experiences. :D
ReplyDeleteI think I just turned this reply into a drinking game... :P
I also have this brush, I love it. I use it for highlighting! It's just perfect :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a great brush for highlighting. That is mostly what I use it for. :)
