Rocksbox My Third One

My third Rocksbox worked my temptation center, hard. There were two pieces in this one that I wanted but I had other financial responsibilities and was required to adult. Adulting sucks, sometimes. Would you like to take a closer look at the pretties that I had to wave bye-bye to?

Rocksbox My Third One Gorjana Lariat Necklace

The Gorjana Mika Lariat Necklace. Man... I really, really wanted to keep this one. My husband even urged me to go for it but with an Insider's Price of $60.00 there were other things I needed to do with that money.

Rocksbox My Third Kendra Scott Earrings in Turquoise

Kendra Scott Elle Earrings in Turquoise. I love gold and turquoise together and these earrings are so pretty and flattering on. The insider's price on these was $44.00.

Rocksbox My Third Nakamol Lapis and Gold Wrap Bracelet

I didn't regret wrapping up and shipping back the Nakamol Lapis and Gold Wrap Bracelet, Insider's Price, $32.00. I'm not wild about wearing fabric jewelry around my wrists as I wash my hands frequently and it's a pain in my ass to remove and put it back on all of the time and this bracelet was a bit too snug for my liking.

If you're curious about how Rocksbox works, it is a paid monthly subscription service that costs $19.00. You sign up, give them your info and a preferred payment method. As your preferred payment is charged, each month, you receive in your account, $10.00 in "Shine Spend" that you may use as a credit towards any future purchase. This Shine Spend brings your subscription price down to $9.00 a month, if you make a purchase and use your credit. There is also a program for referring friends, if they use your link to sign up you receive additional Shine Spend. They in turn can refer friends and get Shine Spend and so on and on and on and well, you get the idea.

Once you sign up and take care of business, the fun begins. First, you take a fun and fast style quiz so that your stylist can get a feel for your preferences. Then you are strongly encouraged to make a wishlist. The bigger the wishlist, the better! You want to have a nice library from which your stylist can pull pieces for you. Once that is done, your first box will be curated from your style quiz and wishlist picks and sent to you. Your pieces arrive in a strong, reusable plastic mailer and a stiff paperboard box with a ribbon tie. You will also find, under your sparkle, a prepaid return label. Keep track of all of those things! You will need them, later.

Enjoy and wear your jewelry for a while. Try the pieces on. Do you love? Not so much? If there is a piece or two or all three that you adore, it is easy as pie to buy them and keep them for your own. Any or all pieces that you choose to return, simply wrap them up as they came to you, return them to their tissue nest in their box, slip the box into the mailer, seal it up, stick the return label on to the envelope and drop it in the mail. Don't forget to go to your profile and leave feedback right away! As soon as you leave feedback, your next box is curated and on it's way to you. You can receive and try and return/buy as many boxes each month as your little heart desires. There is no limit. (As far as I know.)

If Rocksbox sounds like something that you would enjoy, would like to try, please use my link and code: ERIKABFF125 for a free month.

Have you tried Rocksbox? I know that the concept of a subscription to "borrow" and buy jewelry is kind of strange but now that I've done it for a few boxes, I have to say, I'm kind of enjoying it.
