Sample Saturday | My September Play! By Sephora Box

I am finally getting around to showing you the contents of my latest Play! By Sephora box. This month's theme was "More Than (Just) a Lipstick."

September's box had some nice stuff in it and six products, this time around. Shall we have a look see at the goodies?

Tory Burch Jolie Fleur Vert Eau De Parfum: 1.7 oz. $95.00. Tiny vial spray sample. Fresh, soft, slightly green, a tad floral. Ever so slightly sweet. This scent is lovely. I am a huge fan of Tory Burch fragrances and I'd love to have all of them in big, beautiful bottles.

Dr. Jart + Water Drop Hydrating Moisturizer: 3.3 oz. $36.00. My sample is a 1 oz. size. This claims to deeply hydrate dry and sensitive skin with Hyaluronic Acid, one of my skin's power ingredients.  I'm dying to try this! I can't find a comprehensive ingredients list but the label doesn't boast sunscreen protection so it's probably safe for me to use.

Sephora Collection Rouge Shine Lipstick #14 Love Spell: $12.50. This snack size lippie is a lovely, wearable pink. Just my kind of colour.

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Night Cap Overnight Perfector: 4 oz. $28.00. This pre wash treatment deeply conditions and improves hair for up to five shampoos. I'm a rebel, I've used this 1 oz. sample before two consecutive wash days and I am impressed. A full size of this product will be in my hair care arsenal, soon!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel: 0.28 oz./8.5 mL $22.00. I've yet to give this 2.5 mL snack sized sample a whirl. I'll sing out when I do.

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner: $20.00. This snack size is in the shade Trooper, a deep black. I had another sample of this, a while back. I swatched it but it dried up before I ever got around to using it. I'm not huge on liquid liner and I haven't opened this one. I'll probably pass it along, let someone else enjoy it.

So there we have it. The contents of my September Play! By Sephora Beauty Subscription box. I'm pleased with what I received, overall. I will get good use of all of the samples, save the liner which will go to a new home. I've met at least one that I must have in full size, immediately and a couple more that are definite maybes for future acquisition. I'm perfectly happy to let my subscription continue.

If you are interested in receiving the Play! By Sephora Beauty Subscription Box sign up is easy-peasy and the $10.00 monthly cost is billed to the card you have on file with your Sephora account. I don't know if slots are open, at this time but the wait list languish isn't awful. I was on for about five weeks, a lot of people don't have to wait as long.

Are you receiving the Play! by Sephora Beauty Subscription Box? How do you like it?
