Beautiful Skin on the Go with BeBe & Bella

//this post has been sponsored by the PRIMP network//all opinions are my own//

Winter is in full swing and the travel season is ramping up. Whether you are headed to warmer climes or off to a high mountain resort for some skiing or snowboarding, getting in some post holiday relaxation and fun is no excuse to neglect your complexion. Take beautiful skin care on the go with BeBe & Bella Probiotic Essentials Starter Kit.

Whether I'm staying home or taking off, one thing I dare not do is neglect my skin. My maturing, Sahara Desert dry skin requires gentle cleansing and layers of treatment and hydration to feel and look the very, healthy best it possibly can. I like to follow a multi step, Japanese style skin care regimen to give my complexion the very best, nurturing care.

Happily, I was recently introduced to BeBe & Bella Skin Care. This innovative, multi step skin care line was created to address our every complexion concern, from the inside out. Combining supplements to boost the nutrition that is crucial to healthy, beautiful skin and products that include ground breaking topical ingredients like Pro Biotics and Hyaluronic Acid, this skin care hydrates, targets fine lines and wrinkles, reduces inflammation and fades age spots.

Today, I am sharing the basics found in the Probiotic Essentials Starter Kit, the Probiotic Facial Essence Stick and Collagen Pro and BeClara Skin Lightening supplements. Shall we take a look?

Multi step skin care routines don't necessarily have to be time consuming. In fact, start to finish, I can run through this routine in just a few minutes. I begin with the Probiotic Facial Cleanser. A pearl sized drop is all that I need to cleanse away the day, including impurities, makeup and anything else my skin picks up. I didn't pay attention to the fine print before I used this cleanser for the first time and I squeezed out of the tube what I thought was a proper amount and it was far too much. Now, I use just a tiny dollop and whether I am cleansing with my hands or a sonic facial cleansing device, my skin is completely clean yet it feels soft and comfortable. My eyes are crazy sensitive so I don't cleanse off eye makeup with this cleanser.

Probiotic Facial Toner. After cleansing, I squeeze a little out on a facial cotton square and sweep it across my face. Yes, you read that right. I, who am just about the most resistant person, ever to toner is now a regular user of the stuff. Imagine that. And I like this one because it leaves my skin feeling sparkling fresh and never tight or stripped.

Probiotic Facial Essence is a water based, slippy clear gel that drops right into my skin, delivering Hyaluronic Acid and Ferment Filtrate that can increase my skin's natural flora defenses which helps to reduce moisture loss. My skin is instantly lightly hydrated, velvety soft and free of any residual tack or oily feel. To say that I love this stuff is an understatement. I am getting more and more into essences and concentrates and I'm so happy to have this one in my arsenal.

Probiotic Eye Cream is a rich formula containing two Probiotic Ferment Filtrates and Vitamin E that smooths into the delicate skin of my eye area to instantly, deeply hydrate, plump and smooth the appearance of fine lines. And at my age, I can use all the plumping (of my skin) and reduction of the appearance of fine lines that I can get!

Probiotic Night Cream. Yes. Yes! Yes!!!! To be perfectly honest, upon first inspection, I was skeptical that this cream would work for my complexion. I was prepared to do my usual 24 Hour Moisturizer Test and for a day of tight, unhappy skin. I smoothed this night cream onto my face, patted it in and started the clock. You guys. This cream is amazing! Just after it went on, my skin felt so soft, plumped and moisturized. Twenty-four hours later, my skin still hadn't lost that loving feeling and the cream passed the test with flying colours.

All of these products are unscented and don't cause my skin or my eyes any irritation. I do feel a little bit of... Warmth? A sensation that something is happening, if you will. It isn't unpleasant or uncomfortable but I would suggest that if you are very sensitive that you test before going in, all the way. Don't forget to apply your favorite sunscreen during the day, as none of these products offer SPF.

I couldn't wait to try the Probiotic Facial Essence Stick. Encased in a slender, lipstick sized tube is a silky white stick that combines the Essence formula with Lifting Lipid Polymers for a perfect, on the go refresh. Apply it to the under eye area to reduce puffiness, use it to smooth the appearance of lines. It can be patted lightly in over makeup to refresh and smooth without smudging or leaving a greasy residue. This stick is going into my makeup bag, for sure!

Beautiful skin starts from the inside and BeBe & Bella have you covered. Collagen Pro is a radically different formula. Containing a powerful blend of Hydrolyzed Fish Collagen Peptide, Hyaluronic Acid, Probiotic Lactobacillus Casei, Biotin as well as skin enhancing vitamins, this supplement was created to healthy, hydrated skin.

Be Clara is a revolutionary skin lightening and brightening supplement. Containing Lactobacillus Casei. Glutathione-Reduced, NAC, ALA and Vitamin C (one of my skin's power ingredients) and Collagen, Be Clara can provide antioxidant and nutritional support that we can all use to feel and look our beautiful best.

Bottom line: Do these product work? Honestly, I don't know, yet. I have not been using them long enough to appreciate any real, physical results tho, call me crazy but I think I can feel some firming happening along the tops of my cheekbones and maybe my jawline? I can say that in the time I have been using BeBe & Bella my complexion feels wonderful. The cleanser and toner get my skin sparkling clean without leaving it feeling stripped or tight. The essence is fast becoming a favorite, I don't think I want to live without it product, the night cream is deeply hydrating and my skin just drinks it up and feels so nourished and comfortable. High praise, coming from my insanely dry skin! The eye cream is so rich and hydrating, I like it for sealing in my treatment mode Retinol eye cream and provide even more hydration while I'm sleeping. The Essence Stick... Yeah.

I am so happy to support this unique, woman owned skin care line. If you are on the lookout for some incredible skin care, I can heartily recommend that you check this line out. My December Play! by Sephora Beauty Subscription Box ~ "The Party Goers"

My December "The Party Goers" Play! By Sephora Beauty Subscription Box is a bit of a bummer. This party beauty themed lineup has left me feeling as if the party was over, before I even arrived. The black bag with rose gold printing and the gold ribbon tie is kind of pretty, tho!

my december play by sephora beauty subscription box

The six products in the box are curated to get us to a party looking our fresh, beautiful best. Let's take a gander at the contents, shall we?

my december play by sephora beauty subscription box dry bar detox dry shampoo

Dry Bar Detox Dry Shampoo. I have heard so many rave reviews of this dry shampoo and I was excited to receive this cute little can and I couldn't wait to try it. Until I read the ingredients. Oh, Dry Bar! Why did you have to do me dirty? Whyyyy?? Tell me why anyone would put Octinoxate in dry shampoo? Who is applying and reapplying enough dry shampoo to their hair to derive the slightest bit of benefit from the sunscreen? Thanks a lot for killing my enthusiasm for your brand. I'll likely toss this product as an extra into a giveaway package. Someone may as well enjoy it, as I certainly can not.

my december play by sephora beauty subscription box urban decay all nighter makeup setting spray

Urban Decay All Nighter Long Lasting Makeup Setting Spray. I have been wanting to try this setting spray so I was tickled to receive this snack sized bottle to test drive. I have dry skin and as long as I use a primer, my makeup normally lasts all day for me but this spray should come in handy to help prevent makeup meltdown on hot Arizona Summer days or if I know that it's going to be a very long day and I won't have the chance to check and touch up my makeup.

my december play by sephora beauty subscription box bobbi brown mascara

Bobbi Brown Smoky Eye Mascara. I think that they gave the wrong name. The Smoky Eye Mascara is in a white (silver?) tube. This tube is black. Whatever. I have never tried Bobbi Brown mascara so it will be fun to play with this sample.

my december play by sephora beauty subscription box mufe skin equalizing smoothing primer

Make Up For Ever Skin Equalizer Smoothing Primer. I like a good foundation primer, for sure and I hear good things about this one so I should enjoy it. I'll let ya know.

my december play by sephora beauty subscription box sephora cream lip stain

Another fucking Sephora Cream Lip Stain? This one is in Always Red. Stahp! with the Sephora lippies in almost every box! They are pretty enough to look at but the formulas destroy my lips and I'm over receiving samples of them. This is another toss in a giveaway package extra. Bleargh!

my december play by sephora beauty subscription box elizabeth and james nirvana bourbon

Elizabeth and James Nirvana Bourbon. The notes listed are: Vanilla Bourbon, Oakwood and Tuberose. I'm not sure what I think of this fragrance. There are notes I love, including the vanilla, bourbon and the tuberose but this fragrance is a bit more woody than I normally like. I can take woods, if they are very soft and a distant note. When wood is this forward, I struggle with it. I don't know. A part of me wants to adore this scent and the other wants to run screaming far, far away from it. I have a tiny rollerball of this scent, as well so I need to really wear it and live with it, mix it with other Nirvana scents and see how it goes.

Out of the six products in my Play by Sephora box, three are going to be good, I can just feel it. Two are an abject failure and will be rehomed, unopened and one is on the bubble. Not an overwhelming success. I have been so pleased with past boxes that receiving one that doesn't blow my skirt up is not a big deal. I have no doubt that January is going to be a delight.

It had better be!

If you are thinking that a subscription to the Play! By Sephora Beauty Box, it is an affordable ten dollars a month and is billed to the credit/debit card you keep on file with Sephora. What could be easier or more fun?

Do you subscribe? Are you happy with the service and what you have received? What did you think of this month's box?

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of my gentle readers.

Feel Refreshed Hydrating Floral Mist

//product provided for editorial consideration//

It's Winter. The air is dry and cold, heat is running and my skin is crying out for hydration and relief. Feel Refreshed Hydrating Floral Mist is helping me out.

Formulated with hydrating and refreshing ingredients, Feel Refreshed Hydrating Floral Mist contains a combination of ten natural extracts including Aloe, Cucumber and and Bio Identical Hyaluronic Acid to lightly hydrate and tone my skin. I utilize facial mists in several ways. The first way is during my skin care routine. After cleansing, I lightly spritz my face to lay down a layer of moisture before I apply my first step and if my skin is feeling particularly dry, I'll do a second mist after my moisturizer and seal it all with a little facial oil.

Right after I finish applying my makeup I like to lightly spritz my face to set it and take down any powdery look. What I love about this facial mist is the ultra fine spray. I can mist Feel Refreshed on over makeup several times throughout the day and it doesn't spit big drops, melt or disturb my carefully perfected finish or smudge my mascara.

And finally, even tho I am crying and complaining about how cold it is right now, I live in Arizona and the Summers here are long, intensely hot and can really take it out of a girl. A bottle of facial mist, stashed in my fridge is just the thing to cool me down and ease that prickly, cooked feeling I get during the Dog Days.

Feel Refreshed Hydrating Floral Mist has a fresh, light scent that combines soft botanicals with a citrus twist. Sensitive beauties need to be aware that this mist contains extracts of apple, kelp, lavender, ivy, licorice root and lime.

Feel Refreshed is vegan and cruelty free.

Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Eye Shadow Palette - My Very Late Notes

//affiliate links in use//purchasing through trusted affiliates helps to support this site//

In the tradition of the slackereeist slackers who ever slacked, I am just now getting around to sharing with you the Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Eye Shadow Palette that I bought... A long, long time ago. Because I'm a baller, that way.

Contained within this pretty pink, heart embossed tin is a collection of sixteen deliciously cocoa scented eye shadows and a good sized, pink trimmed mirror that can be useful for on the go getting ready.

The overall feel of this palette is neutral with pops of pretty, wearable colour. There is a mix of matte, shimmer and metallic finishes all of which combine to let me create as many beautiful eye looks as my little heart could desire.

A quick close up of the goods. Aren't these colours pretty? I adore palettes like this because they feed my need for neutrals yet they offer pretty splashes of the colour a part of me craves, from time to time.

I have swatches. I know... You've seen these shadows swatched a billion times. Buckle up for one billion and one. 😀

Let us begin with the highlights:

  • Satin Sheets is a softly golden shimmer infused ivory.
  • Divinity is a satin matte ivory.
Both of these shadows are smooth and glowingly pretty and they work as beautifully as face highlighters as they do on my eyes.

These are the shadows in the top row:

  • Almond Truffle is a softly satin cocoa rose.
  • Sprinkles is a strawberry pink satin.
  • Molasses Chip is a warm, bronze-y gold shimmer.
  • Malted is a greyed brown matte with tiny gold sparkles that don't really stick around when blended onto the eye. This shadow is a touch stiff and needs a little building for full payoff.

Row two contains:

  • Cashew Chew is a gentle, satin tan.
  • Cotton Candy is a sweet, pastel pink shimmer.
  • Cafe Au Lait, a taupe shimmer.
  • Bordeaux is a deep burgundy matte. This one is stiff and recalcatrint. It will work but I have to fight with it.
  • Mocha is a coffee with cream brown matte that is not super pigmented. I like it for transitioning up onto my orbital bone but it needs extra blending to smooth it.
  • Black Current is a not terribly pigmented grape purple with a lighter purple shift and tiny gold and purple sparkles. I know that this shadow disappoints a lot of people but I rather like it. I rarely wear purple on my eyes but when I do, I prefer a more low key approach to the shade.

The final row has:

  • Dark Truffle is a dark chocolate brown that is a little stiff and a touch patchy but has pretty good pigmentation and will perform with a little care.
  • Pecan Praline is that perfect transition type shade.
  • Totally Fetch is a bright, fuchsia pink satin.
  • Earl Grey is a beautifully greyed teal shimmer.

Overall, I am pleased with this palette and how it performs. All of the colours appeal to me and with a few exceptions, the shadows are soft, smooth, nicely pigmented and apply, build and blend effortlessly. A few are a little stiffer, can be patchy and need some coaxing to get their act together and one, Black Currant lacks real pigmentation.

I am happy that I bought the Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Eye Shadow Palette and if you are like me and love a good neutral palette with soft pops of pretty colour, I heartily recommend that you check this beauty out.

Bioderma - French Beauty on American Shores

//products provided for editorial consideration//affiliate links in use//

French beauty has landed on American shores and I for one, couldn't be more delighted. One of my favorite French beauty imports? Micellar water. A staple in many makeup artists' kits and on the dressing tables of many European beauties, micellar water is short on ingredients and long on results.

When I was offered the opportunity to try Bioderma I was excited. I like Micellar water, I use a brand I can obtain in my local drugstore but I've always been curious about the original; the French product that has spawned a white hot craze and many imitators, across this land.

Bioderma Sensibio H2O is the one I think of when I think of "Bioderma." I received a big, 500 mL, 16.7 fl. oz. bottle. Created for sensitive skin, Sensibio is gentle and yet very effective. I can remove any mascara I like to wear, effortlessly and it it cleanses away face makeup, preparing my skin for further cleansing at the sink or, if I'm feeling lazy, just use a little extra and let it do the job, by it's self. Sensibio also makes a nice, light toner or skin refresher on days I don't wear makeup and just need a quick little something before applying my skin care before bed. However I choose to use it, my skin is never left feeling over cleansed or stripped.

Water (Aqua), PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Mannitol, Xylitol, Rhamnose, Fructooligosaccharides, Propylene Glycol, Disodium EDTA, Cetrimonium Bromide.

When my skin is feeling extremely dry and stressed, Bioderma Hydrabio H2O comes to the rescue. I saturate a cotton square and let this moisturizing makeup remover cleanse and lightly hydrate my skin and it is clean, refreshed and never tight or dry. Like the Sensibio, Hydrabio is an excellent eye makeup remover and it doesn't irritate my very sensitive eyes.

Both of these micellar waters have the merest zephyr of a "pretty" scent. It is nearly undetectable and unless you are ultra sensitive or just strongly dislike any hint of fragrance in your skin care, I don't think that it will cause you any trouble.

Aqua/Water/Eau, Glycerin, PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Polysorbate 20, Mannitol, Xylitol, Rhamnose, Fructooligosaccharides, Niacinamide, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Propylene Glycol, Hexyldecanol, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Hydroxide, Citric Acid, Cetrimonium Bromide, Fragrance (Parfum). [bi 546v1]

When I see the word "light" on the label of a moisturizer, my first thought is, "There is no way this will come even close to being hydrating enough for my skin." Guess I thought wrong.

Bioderma Hydrabio Gel Cream is a facial moisturizer that is ultra lightweight in feel but thanks to intensely hydrating Aquagenium, skin strengthening and protecting Vitamin PP and the active ingredients stimulating Apple Extracts, this moisturizer deeply hydrates even my desert dry complexion and keeps it feeling hydrated all day long.

Aqua/Water/Eau, Glycerin, Isododecane, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dipropylene Glycol, Niacinamide, Squalane, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, C14-22 Alcohols, HDI/Trimethylol Hexyllactone Crosspolymer, Ammonium Cryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, C30-45 Alkyl Cetearyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Carbomer, Pentylene Glycol, Tocopheryl Acetate, C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside, Steareth-21, Disodium EDTA, Salicylic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Mannitol, Xylitol, Hexyldecanol, PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone, Rhamnose, Malachite Extract, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Seed Extract, Brassica Campestris (Rapeseed) Sterols, Tocopherol, Fragrance (Parfum)

I decided to put this moisturizer through a real trial by fire; I cleansed my skin and applied one of my non hydrating Vitamin C serums and eye cream then I smoothed this gel cream across my face. It dropped right in and my complexion felt instantly soft, smooth and deeply comforted and it kept feeling that way for the full twenty-four hour test. Amazing! Hydrabio Gel Cream is gorgeous under makeup, it drops right in, works all day but doesn't interfere with my foundation, CC cream or powder products. It is very gentle and I detect a soft, fresh, cucumber-y scent when I use it. Hydrabio Gel Cream doesn't irritate my eyes. Hydrabio Gel Cream does not provide any SPF so be sure to use a good sun screen underneath to protect your delicate flower face from the harsh rays of the sun.

I am so happy with Bioderma. The products perform to expectation and my skin feels lovely and clean, soft and cherished when I use them. You can find Bioderma on Beautylish. Visit them on Facebook, follow on Twitter and Instagram.

Beautiful Lashes with Bellimisa Masterful Eyes Mascara

//product provided for editorial consideration//affiliate links in use//shopping trusted affiliate links helps support this site//

What is one of my biggest beauty concerns? Lashes, yo. Maturing is taking it's toll on my face and one area in which I'm being hardest hit is my hooded eyes. I inherited my eye shape, there's nothing I can do about that. I also inherited "the droop." As I mature, that once sexy bedroom eyes shape is swiftly morphing into something I don't find all that cute when I look in my mirror. It appears that my hoods are resting on my mobile lids and eating my lashes. Appears? In truth, that is exactly what is happening. Gah! I would prefer to have the drooping fixed but that isn't in my budget so, I do the best I can to slow the progression with skin care. I also try hard to best emphasize my lashes with lash serum to encourage longer, thicker, naturally prettier lashes. I occasionally use false lashes and of course, I pile on the mascara!

And that is where Bellimisa comes in to play.

"Go Beyond the Surface and Celebrate Your Natural Beauty with Bellimisa" Formulated with only the highest quality ingredients that are rich in nutrients and free of harmful chemicals, Bellimisa Masterful Eyes Mascara contains Vitamin E which is a natural antioxidant and lash conditioner and Peptides to enhance growth and and natural restructuring of the lashes for pretty, healthier lashes.

Bellimisa Masterful Eyes Mascara is free of Parabens, DEA/TEA, Propylene Glycol and Harmful Preservatives.

From Bellimisa:
Our signature mascara lengthens, shapes, and defines your lashes, giving them an immediate volumizing effect with a water-resistant finish. Film-forming agents provide maximum quality and staying power while vitamin E and peptides keep your lashes healthy and conditioned. Masterful Eyes™ Mascara is safe for sensitive eyes and cruelty free.
Aqua/water, Cera Alba/beeswax, Copernicia Cerifera Cera/Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) wax, Glyceryl Stearate, Ricinus Communis Seed Oil/Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Stearic Acid, Pvp, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Silica, Sorbitan Sesquiloeate, Palmitic Acid, Caprylyl Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Hydroxide, Potassium Sorbate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Phytate, Myristic Acid, Lauric Acid, Oleic Acid, Ppg-26-buteth-26, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Alcohol, Apigenin, Oleanolic Acid, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1
MAY CONTAIN (+/-): CI 77891/titanium Dioxide, CI 77491/iron Oxides, CI 77492 Iron Oxides, CI 77499 Iron Oxides

The large, spiraled bristle wand is slightly hourglass shaped and holds plenty of the thick mascara for delivery to my lashes. Application of this particular formula is a bit of a learning curve. I quickly discovered that the technique I normally use with my thinner, wetter mascaras doesn't work with Bellimisa. For my lashes, I get the best application by starting in at the very base of my lashes, working the bristles of the wand in with a firm wiggling motion then wiggle and roll as I slowly work my way up and out and repeat. I go back for more mascara, when I need it and I keep working the same lash until I am happy then I move on to the next.

I don't feel that this mascara layers well. When I attempted to do multiple coats, I ended up with spiky, spidery ashes, a look that I don't like, on my own eyes. Combing my lashes out to separate them resulted in flaking and a bigger mess. Maybe user error on my part? I don't know but I do know that for me, one super generous coat delivers the best result.

This is one very generous coat, applied one eye, at a time, to curled lashes. I get nice volume, my natural length is emphasized but this mascara is heavy and it weighs down most of the curl I so carefully put in my lashes. I think that one of those snazzy, heated comb style lash curlers may be a good tool to use in concert with this mascara. I should pick one up and try it.

Okay, let's get down to the nitty-gritty. Formula, thick. I'm used to thinner, "wetter" mascara so this one was a bit of a learning curve for me but once I got the hang of it, I have no problem with application. Look, nice! I get good volume and my natural length is enhanced. I don't like this mascara in multiple coats, one good, all in coat works best for me. Wear is okay. I get all day wear without any smearing or transferring. I do experience some very minor flaking that is easily dealt with by flicking them away with a Q-Tip. I would prefer no flaking, at all but it's minor enough that it's not a deal breaker. This mascara doesn't have much of any scent and it is non irritating to my very sensitive eyes.

You can purchase Bellimisa Masterful Eyes Mascara in a couple of different ways:

I did an eye look with my Too Faced Sweet Peach Eye Shadow Collection and my Bellimisa Masterful Eyes Mascara. I was able to score the palette in it's first release and I like it! But this picture is a cautionary tale for me to remember to use primer. My psycho shadow eating lids were already doing their worst to my eye look by the time I got a chance to take these pictures. Anyway, if you missed out on that palette and wanted it, it is being re released and now, I can talk about it, now and again since it is no longer unobtainable.

Have you tried Bellimisa Masterful Eyes Mascara? What do you think of it?

Get Holiday Picture Ready with Shiseido Bio Performance Lift Dynamic Skin Care

//products provided for editorial consideration//

I am getting my complexion holiday picture ready with Shiseido Bio Performance Lift Dynamic Skin Care. I have had the pleasure of trying a couple of their products in the past; products which I really enjoyed so I was thrilled when I was offered the opportunity to try these three beautiful items and share my thoughts with you.

Before I do, let's just take a moment to appreciate the elegant packaging. Rose acrylic and rose to silver ombre creates a stunning presence on my dressing table. This is skin care that is a lovely experience, each and every time I pick it up to use it.

After cleansing and essence, I apply Bio Performance Lift Dynamic Serum. This lightweight formula drops into my skin and begins to hydrate, firm and lift. My complexion almost instantly looks plumped and more radiant. This serum should, with continued use help my skin to appear more youthful and sculpted. Thank you very much, I'll take it!

Bio Performance Lift Dynamic Eye Treatment is a rich, non irritating, concentrated formula that glides onto my eye area and sinks in to leave that delicate skin feeling silken smooth and soft. Fine lines, creases and crepey areas are smoother and my overall eye area appears firmer. I haven't seen any improvement in my dark circles, but I honestly wasn't expecting to, as mine are both hereditary and the result of year round allergies.

My next step is to apply Bio Performance Lift Dynamic Cream. This rich, thick cream smooths into my skin with a light touch and goes directly to work to make my skin feel instantly hydrated and velvety soft. My skin looks brighter and smoother. After I apply this cream, I can see and feel a more lifted, firmer complexion, especially along my cheekbones and a little along my jawline, as well. This cream serves beautifully as a night cream but it works just as well for me for day, under makeup.

I am enjoying these three products. While I haven't been using them long enough to see a big change, they make my Sahara Desert dry skin feel wonderfully pampered and my complexion is looking even better. I love the soft rose scent tho, if you are very sensitive or dislike fragrance in skin care, these products may not be your cup of tea.

At my age, I'm not expecting skin care to make me look twenty, again. That ship has long sailed but firmer, smoother, brighter and more hydrated skin and looking the very best I can for my age is welcome and very much appreciated. Using my Shiseido Bio Performance Lift Dynamic Skin Care is a luxurious experience that is delivering results and I recommend it.

Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water, Ascorbic Acid (L), Alcohol, Glycerin, Aqua (Water), Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate, Ergothioneine (L), Buddleja Davidii Meristem Cell Culture, Solanum Lycopersicum (Tomato) Fruit Lipids, Citrus Tangerina (Tangerine) Peel Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Paradisi (Pink Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Elaeis Guineensis (Palm) Oil, Fructooligosaccharides (D-beta), Beta-Carotene (D), Glucosamine HCI (D), Wine Extract, Astaxanthin, Tocotrienols, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Tocopherol (D-alpha), Ubiquinone (CoQ10), Benzyl Alcohol, Xanthan Gum. Full disclosure ingredients according to PCPC standards.

MyChelle Perfect C Serum is a light yellow fluid that has some scent that reminds me vaguely of sulfur. It isn't strong and it doesn't linger. I don't walk around smelling like fire and brimstone or anything. Well... Not because I've used this serum, anyway. This serum spreads easily across my skin, drops in almost immediately and doesn't leave behind any after feel.

I am an avid active ingredients mixologist and one of my favorite ingredients to cocktail with Vitamin C is Retinol. Another of my skin's "power ingredients," Retinol refines, clarifies, brightens, fades hyper pigmentation and post acne marks and helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and provide that good Retinol glow. If you haven't tried Retinol what are you waiting for? Trust me, once you get started with this wondrous substance and start seeing what it can do for your complexion, you won't want to be without it!

MyChelle Remarkable Retinol Serum contains the most potent form of Vitamin A in over-the-counter preparations. (No percentage is provided. I normally use a 2.5%.) Buffered with natural Ceramide 3 and Orange Plant Stem Cells to provide natural hydration and reduce redness. Very sensitive beauties be aware that this serum contains citrus peel and lavender oils. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, consult your physician before using Retinol.

Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Gluconolactone, Retinal (Retinaldehyde), Rubus Chamaemorus (Cloud Berry) Seed Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Callus Culture Extract, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Cymbopogon Schoenanthus (Lemongrass) Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Tocopherol (D-alpha), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Allantoin, Ceramide 3, Pentylene Glycol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Cyclodextrin, Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate, Xanthan Gum, Phytic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Lonicera Caprifolium (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract, Lonicera Japonica (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract. Full disclosure ingredients according to PCPC standards.

A lightweight, bright yellow creamy serum, MyChelle Remarkable Retinol Serum has a very light citrus scent that dissipates nearly instantly on application. This serum drops instantly into my skin, leaving it feeling smooth and not at all sticky. I don't experience any stinging, warmth, redness or other discomfort. I don't have sensitive skin and I've been using Retinol for years.

A word to Retinol newbies or anyone with very sensitive skin: Although this serum is very gentle, go in slowly. First, test in a small spot and gauge any reaction. Start off with once or twice a week and build up, from there.
