The LVX Luxurious Nail Lacquer  Autumn/Winter 2017 Collection drops on September fifth and it is gorgeous! Two rich, shiny cremes, a couple of glistening metallics, a shimmer and a sparkly silver glitter are keeping my tips from getting bored and will help keep them happy right through to spring.

All of these swatches, unless noted otherwise, are two coats and a glossy top coat. All of these polishes apply beautifully, dry in good time with a quick dry top coat and I get very decent wear from an LVX manicure; about three days. I know... That doesn't sound very long but for my nails, it's impressive. My nails can shed polish faster than a two year old can rip off their clothes and run, nekkid and screeching with laughter through the house, yard or the neighborhood park.

lvx-fall-winter-millennial

Millennial is a soft, ever so slightly peachy pink creme. This is my kind of nude polish. It is very neutral on me but has enough pink to keep my skin from looking sick. I. Love. This. Polish.

lvx-fall-winter-french-rose

French Rose` is a coppery rose metallic. A little frosty, a tad brushstroke-y but the formula is impeccable and this was almost a one coater, for me. It would have been, too if it weren't for those pesky ridges!

lvx-fall-winter-mulberry

Mulberry. All right. All right. All right. How gorgeous is this dusty dark berry creme? The formula is perfect. Bring on fall. My nails are ready.

lvx-fall-winter-rouge

Rouge is the quintessential Christmas red. Deep, clean, beautifully balanced red jelly packed with the finest gold shimmer. This is your Holiday Party Red, this year.

lvx-fall-winter-verdant

Verdant is a gorgeous, clear olive green with a golden microshimmer. If you like green, you need this polish in your manicure kit.

lvx-fall-winter-stardust

Stardust is a sparkling shimmer/glitter hybrid. Here is your New Year's Eve party polish.

Millennial, Mulberry and Rouge Red are my picks from this collection. What shades will you be picking up?

  5. I'm not into metallic or frosty looking polish so those aren't my favorites, but the cremes at just gorgeous! I do love fall polish collections.

  6. Beautiful polishes and I don't have any LVX. That needs to be remedied. I think that Mulberry could help that lack in my life.

  12. I have polish-resistant nails too and it is THE WORST. These look so pretty though. Mulberry and Verdant are my faves.
