Let's talk bargain beauty finds. Let's talk about dry shampoo. And, let's make it quick. My Internet is giving me hell... I think that my router is crapping out. Blech. Anywhoo, I thought that I'd share with you my favorite dry shampoos and why I like them so much. Both of these dry shampoos have several great things going for them; they are easy to find at the drugstore or Ulta Beauty, they are both super affordable and they both do their job, splendidly. Oh! And they are cruelty free.

So let's get in to it.
First up, we have my beloved Hask Argan Dry Shampoo, $7.99 (reviewed here). I still love this stuff as much as I did the day I wrote my initial review and it's no wonder. This stuff is just that good. My hair doesn't get super oily, anymore and I don't have to wash my hair as frequently as I used to but I still like it to be fresh and fluffy and bouncy and this dry shampoo delivers. It smells lovely, I can't feel it in my hair and it never leaves a white cast. I'll keep buying this stuff, as long as Hask keeps making it.

I am a brand ambassador for OGX hair care and I recently received their Bodifying + Fiber Full Body Renew Dry Shampoo, $8.99. With it's fresh scent and body building fibers, this dry shampoo revives my tresses and gives my roots some lift when they are pulled down flat because it's been a few days since I washed my hair or by the weight of my length. This dry shampoo can leave a white cast behind so I need to apply a little more carefully. I admit, I don't mind it too much,, especially when the old roots are showing! I can feel the fibers in my hair but it's not itchy or uncomfortable and my hair doesn't feel overly sticky or stiff. All in all, a satisfactory dry shampoo, indeed.

Both of these dry shampoos do a great job, are super affordable, easy to find and buy and they are cruelty free, to boot. Have you tried either? What is your favorite dry shampoo?

ReplyDeleteThey are both so good and I love that they are affordable.
DeleteI always have a dry shampoo around but I barely use them. On the other hand my blog partner Lisa doesn't go without dry shampoo. She finds it helps style her hair and keep it full. These sound like they'd work great for her.
