I have tried a few beauty subscription services of different price ranges and product makeup over the last few years but I was recently introduced to my favorite, yet. Boxycharm is a monthly beauty box subscription service that, unlike most services packs their boxes with four to five full sized products from names like MAC, IT Cosmetics, Ofra, BECCA, CoverFX and more for only $21.00 a month and each box has a minimum retail value of $100.00. I've received a couple of the boxes, now and I'm pretty happy with them. Read on, if you'd like to see my June 2018 Boxycharm unboxing.

My June Boxycharm contained five full sized beauty treats -I'm counting the three full sized Luxie face brushes as one- as well as a snack sized tub of deliciousness we'll be talking about, in a bit.
Yes, I know that my swatches suuuuuuck.
Let's begin with the eye products, shall we? In my box was the Raina Del Caribe Eye Shadow Palette, $28.00, by Alamar Cosmetics. Eight smooth, velvety, pigmented shadows; four shimmers and four mattes build and blend like a dream to create a whole host of beautiful eye looks. These shadows do gift me with some fallout, which doesn't really bother me, all that much. I just do my eyes first then do the rest of my makeup.
Jontebleu Eyeliner Pencil, $5.00 in black. I wasn't thrilled with this pencil. As you can see, in the above swatch not only is it not very pigmented, the formula is stiff and resistant.
Battington 3-D Multi Layered Silk Lashes - Monroe, $28.00. 100% silk lashes are fluttery, lightweight and very pretty on the eyes. These lashes can be used multiple times if used and cared for, properly.
Ofra Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick, $17.00 is the rare, comfortable even for my lips long lasting liquid lippie. This shade, Verona isn't my bag but I'd be inclined to buy this formula in a shade that I like better.
If there were a product that I wished had come in a big, full sized tub it is the Sol De Janeiro Brazillian Bum Bum Cream, $45.00 - 8.1 fl. oz. Oh. My. God. This stuff is... Heavenly. This rich, lightweight body cream is enriched with Guarana, Cupuacu Butter and Acai and it smooths across my skin, drops in without endless rubbing and deeply hydrates, leaving my skin feeling like velvet, never greasy or sticky. The pistachio and caramel scent is out of this world! It smells good enough to eat up with a spoon. Don't do that! Just slather it on and enjoy smoother, firmer skin. A full size of this incredible body cream is going to be mine, soon. I'd also like to try the shower cream and body scrub.
Last but certainly not least are three pretty, full sized Luxie Beauty Face Brushes. These whisper soft, cruelty free and vegan brushes are in their classic rose gold and I'm so happy to have a few new ones to add to my existing 12 piece set.
- Luxie Rose Gold Duo Fiber Powder Brush - 516, $22.00. Perfect for blush or spot powdering.
- Luxie Rose Gold Precision Foundation - 660, $18.00. I need to try this for foundation, soon.
- Luxie Rose Gold Tapered Highlighting Face Brush - 522, $24.00. How lovely is this little highlighting brush!
What do you think of my June Boxycharm unboxing? Personally, I think that it's a fantastic value for money. I mean, one makeup brush alone paid for the box, the rest is gravy. Right now, there is no wait list if you sign up and the June box is still available.
If you enjoyed this post, won't you give it a share? I really appreciate it when you share my work.
