what is it?

Airelle Skin Care Age Defying Serum is a thin formula that drops in instantly and delivers it's powerhouse ingredients right to my skin so that they can get right to work, helping my skin feel firmer and look smoother and brighter. This serum works and plays well with my current skin care faves and that's something that I can really appreciate.

what does it do?

Helps diminish the appearance of  fine lines and wrinkles and slows the progression and appearance of future aging.
Supports the skin against the effects of environmental damage.
Brightens, firms and makes the skin look brighter and more even toned.

how do I use it?

I shake the bottle well and dispense about half a dropper full into the palm of my hand, gently rub my hands together then press and pat it into my skin. When I first started using this serum, I felt a slight warming sensation that wasn't at all uncomfortable, it was just kind of there but as I got used to it, that is no longer even a factor. If you have very sensitive skin, definitely test it before you go all in, just to be sure that the formula will work for you.

what's in it?

Airelle Age Defying Serum is a natural and clean, cruelty free formula that is packed with Barrimatrix, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin C and skin loving antioxidants. There is a slight, pleasant natural citrus scent that dissipates quickly. I think that if you are scent sensitive or averse, this serum could still work for you.

Ingredients:
Berrimatrix
Aloe barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice
Chondrus crispus Extract (and) Hydrolyzed Chondrus Extract (and) Sodium Hya luronate
Hamamel is virginiana (Witch Hazel) Disti I late Water (and) Glycerin (and) Caprooyl Tetrapeptide-3
Po lymethyl si lsesqu ioxa ne
Caprylhydroxamic Acid (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Glycerin Lysolecithin (and) Schlerotium Gum (and) Xanthan Gum (and) Pullulan Copper Gluconate
Linum Usitatissimum (Linseed) Seed Extract
L-Ascorbic Acid
Sodium Citrate
Leptospermum scoparium (Manuka Honey) Extact
Eugenia caryophyllata (Bud) Extract
Mentha piperita (Peppermint) Leaf Oil
Tocopheryl Acetate

Bottom Line:

I like this serum so much. At $158.00 for 25 mL/.85 fl oz, it is not inexpensive but it is effective and if it's right for your budget, I'd suggest giving it a go. I am still plotting how I can shoehorn this serum into my beauty budget as I would like to keep using it and see if it can deliver the effects I'm enjoying, shorter term for the long run.

Have you tried Airelle Age Defying Serum? What do you think of it? Is it delivering results? Please do tell.

    1. The thin texture is one of my favorite things. It drops right into my skin and isn't sticky or slippy.

    1. That mask is heavenly. It's hydrating and very soothing but not "greasy" feeling so while it's nice for my dry skin, I think that normal and combo skin types would love it, too. I just wish that it actually smelled more like honey. lol

  6. I want to try a serum. I'm wondering if they have a sample size kit to purchase to try out before investing more. This is what got me hooked on my last skin care brand. :)

  7. Ive tried it and enjoy how quickly it absorbs. I do wish it was a thicker texture for me. I feel i loose some between my fingers and dont like to drip on my face.

    1. I learned that rubbing my hands together before applying took care of the drippy business. I also learned that I don't need a lot... only about half a dropper.

    1. I looove the cleanser! It's in my shower, where I can grab it and get a nice, refreshing cleansing, right there.

The lip and eye treatment wasn't a big hit. Maybe my skin is just too dry.

    1. I love the serum. It took me a while to warm up to the hydrator. It is too light to work as a moisturizer for me but it is an amazing post serum, pre moisturizer layer of hydration. It boosts whatever cream I use over it.

  10. I'm really interested in this serum, but the warming effect and peppermint oil makes me a little unsure about it. I wonder if I could get a small sample somewhere to try it out on my sensitive skin.

    1. If you're sensitive, I'd definitely suggest getting a sample. They have sampler sets that may be good for you to try.

The slight warming isn't uncomfortable for me but I don't have sensitive skin. :)
